Dimitar Karanikolov is an architect and amateur travel photographer. He graduated in architecture in Sofia, specialized in Rotterdam and worked in London for nearly a decade, after which he returned to Bulgaria. In recent years, there have been photographic expeditions around the world in an attempt to capture authentic places and people and get to know their perspectives with a drone. He has eight solo exhibitions behind him, and in 2019 he won the International Photography Awards in the Travel Photography category. In 2020, he became the Aerial Photographer of the Year in the Fine Art category, and two years later he won the Life Framer's 2022 World Traveler Photography Awards. - In Globo
