    A card with the face of Hristo Botev, which dates from the not-so-distant year 1976 and was issued in honor of the XI Congress of the Communist Party of Ukraine and the XII Congress of the SBF, under the patronage of the Minister of Public Education, Comrade Micho Stanev, with the assistance of the Ministry of National education, the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Union of Bulgarian Philatelists.

    The card, together with its attached stamp, was validated on the occasion of the "First All-School Exhibition "Young Philatelist", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the April Uprising, 100 years since the death of Hristo Botev, organized in 21 ESPU "Hristo Botev" by the Sofia District Council of philatelists, FC of the DKMS and the Department of Public Education at the National Academy of Sciences.
