When first using, let the candle burn for 3-4 hours.
To avoid tunneling, always allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the candle before extinguishing.
Always place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours.
Extinguish the flame with an extinguishing tong to prevent hot wax from splashing.
Do not move the candle until it has cooled completely.
Keep the wax bath free of wick residue, burnt wick, matches and other debris.
To extend the life of your candle, trim the wick to 6 mm before lighting it.
Do not burn the candle all the way down.
To remove the last of the wax and reuse the container, you can either freeze it to scrape off the remaining wax, or pour hot water into a cold container to loosen the wax from the walls.
Option A: Freezer Method
Place the used candle in the freezer overnight.
Once frozen, gently tap the container on a soft surface until the wax loosens. If necessary, use a tool to break the wax into pieces.
Use a soft cloth to remove any remaining wax, wick, or glue. Wash the container thoroughly afterward.
Give your candle a second life by reusing the empty container!
Option B: Hot Water Method
Pour hot water into the container to melt the remaining wax, and scrape it out.
