Vintage poster "Bohdan Khmelnitsky" (USSR) - 1941

  • 1648. Ukraine under the yoke of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The nobility went on a rampage, burning village after village. The hetman of the Zaporizhzhya army Bohdan-Zinovyi Khmelnytsky gathers an army to fight the invaders.

    The film received the Stalin Prize 1st class in 1942.

    The film was made in 1941 and the poster you see is from the original production. The poster is in good condition for its age, with preserved colors and lettering. It has been folded in half but could easily be framed so the folds don't show. The paper is thick and rough.
