On vacation, a young Suvorovite Mikhas, the son of a partisan who died during the war, comes to his grandfather Yakub, a forester. Together with their sister Olesya, they roam the places of partisan battles with the Nazis. At the same time, an enemy is operating at a nearby geological exploration base - the guide Glushko, who has received the task of photographing secret maps.
