  • An old man living in an Oriental town tells the story of his life to a group of children: He too was once a young boy named Little Mook. Having lost his father at an early age, little Mook is kicked out of his home by his greedy relatives. He wanders the desert hoping to find the merchant who sells fortune. Among the sand dunes, he comes across a small house owned by an evil woman and her many cats. She wants to make Little Mook her servant, but he manages to escape by stealing a pair of magical shoes that allow him to run faster than any man in the land. From there he heads straight to the next set of challenges... Based on a tale by Wilhelm Hauff.

    The film was made in 1953 and the poster you see is from the original production. The poster is in good condition for its age, with preserved colors and lettering. It has been folded in half but could easily be framed so the folds don't show. The paper is thick and rough.
