  • There is probably no need to explain what exactly happens in this scheme, because the structure of government during the USSR is proverbial for its totalitarianism and rigidity. But it is interesting to see how this totalitarian system is explained and to ask ourselves the question "Was there a chance for it to work without degenerating into what it degenerated into?".
