Vintage poster "Growth of the food industry"

  • Now the main task of our industry is to decisively improve the quality of products.

    One of the major problems of production in Bulgaria during socialism was the huge gap between the quantity and quality of production. According to the set expected results for the five-year plan, the data are one, but according to the actual quality results, the data are different. And here we are not talking only about the food industry, as shown in this information poster, but also about heavy production, culture and international trade.

    Apart from the problem of quality is the problem of modernization, which in reality is missing throughout the 45-year period.

    But on this campaign poster we see the positive rise of the domestic food industry in kilograms, although he himself suggests that the results are far from expected. The poster has technical notes for a circulation of 2000 copies. It was printed in DVI (State Military Publishing House) at the Ministry of Defense. The style of the image is typical of the late 50s of the last century, in this case the poster is from 1961.
