  • "Long live the indestructible unity of the socialist camp led by the great Soviet Union," reads the propaganda poster. Well, we have seen that there are no indestructible things in this world, let alone unity. After the "great Soviet Union" "collapsed" in 1992, today, exactly 30 years later, our ties with it were destroyed.

    On this campaign poster we see the sickle and hammer, which have long fallen as symbols, just as the People's Republic of China fell, so that today we can look at them as a souvenir and give them as souvenirs of the past. The poster has technical notes that indicate its size and instructions for printing. It was printed in the State Enterprise (State Printing House) Chromolithography "Balkan" Sofia by the publishing house "Science and Art" in a circulation of 20,000 copies. The stylistics of the image is typical for the end of the 50s of the last century, in this case the poster is from 19587, and the artist is Georgi Manolov.
