Do you remember the series "Alo-Alo"? There, Helga, a private in the occupying German troops, fights with Herr Flick of the Gestapo headquarters. Her visits to the lame officer she always wore sexy underwear with "swastika garters" as they were his favorite.
Well, whether by accident or on purpose, whether Hristo Komarnitsky was a fan of the series or not, we don't know, but we couldn't help but think of this scene, looking at this cartoon of Comrade Eleonora Mitrofanova and her garters with Comrade's face... sorry our French... President Rumen Radev.
