- Aida is an Italian film version of Giuseppe Verdi's 1953 opera Aida, directed by Clemente Fracassi and produced by Gregor Rabinovich and Federico Teti. The screenplay was adapted by Fracasi, Carlo Castelli, Anna Gobi and Giorgio Salviuci based on the libretto by Antonio Gislanzoni. The cameraman is the work of Piero Portalupi, the production design is Flavio Mogherini, the costume design and Maria De Mateis. The RAI National Symphony Orchestra is conducted by Giuseppe Morelli, choreographed by the ballet and Margarita Wallman.The film was screened out of competition at the 1987 Cannes Film Festival.Based on music by Giuseppe VerdiDirector: Clement FracosiStarring: Sofia Loren, Luis Maxwell, Luciano della Mara, Afro Polly and others.The film was made in 1953, but the poster you see is from 1964. The poster is in good condition for its age, with preserved colors and inscriptions. It was not folded. The paper is thick and rough.
