Vintage poster "Under the Yoke" (Bulgarian film) - 1950s

  • The action takes place in 1875-1876 in several villages in the Sub-Balkans, an area that took an active part in the April Uprising. He returned to the town of Byala Cherkva after escaping from Diyarbakir Ivan Kralicha (played by Miroslav Mindov), who was later appointed a teacher under the name Boycho Ognyanov. His first public event was during a public exam, during which the students of Rada Gospozhina (Lili Popivanova) were worried about the complicated issues of the writhing Kiryak Stefchov (Gancho Ganchev) - Ognyanov intervened and helped the girls.
    The film and the book have serious discrepancies, so that the film is in line with the political situation of the time.

    We sincerely recommend you to look at the production created in 1952 and discover the differences of time.

    The film was made in 1948, but the poster you see is a few years later. The poster is in good condition for its age, with preserved colors and inscriptions. It has not been folded. The paper is thick and rough.
