We present to you issue 78 of the vintage newspaper “Bulgarian-Soviet Unity”, released in 1949.
The newspaper celebrates… surprise-surprise… the fellowship between USSR and Bulgaria that was active during the years of Bulgaria as a country from the socialist block. Stalin’s appearance on the cover of the newspaper speaks of a past not yet forgotten.
The newspaper is not in its best condition. It is made of very delicate paper, and the folds have created tears around the edges, borders, and the middle. Even though the colours are not as bright as they were before, the articles are still legible.
This is a curious finding from the past and it has value for every collector of vintage memorabilia who preserves a particular taste for history.- • Size: 54 x 39 cm
