  • Saturday night's dance at the village pub stops when local farmer Paul Goebler's barn catches fire. The farmer himself was soon found hanged. The owner of the sawmill, Zülich, claims that Goebler committed suicide because he was forced to join an agricultural production cooperative, but others are convinced that Goebler was killed. Police officers Schneider and Anders have to go through a complex maze of personal and political motives to reconstruct the crime.

    The film was made in 1962 in Germany (GDR). The poster is in good condition for its age, with preserved colors and inscriptions. It was not folded. The paper is thick and rough.
